1. What we collect

Account info: your email address and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider, Supabase). Listings you submit: business details, financial figures, photos, documents, and your contact information. Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type), and we count listing views and contact clicks as anonymous daily totals — we do not build visitor profiles or track individual browsing identity for those counters.

2. How we use it

To run the platform: showing listings, generating AI analysis, connecting buyers and sellers after NDA signatures, processing subscriptions, sending transactional emails (confirmations, approval decisions, access requests), and improving the product. If you submit a listing, your business information is shown publicly at the city level; your exact address is never displayed. Your uploaded financial documents are private and shared only with buyers who sign an NDA for your listing.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers that make the platform work: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments), Vercel and Railway (hosting), Google (analytics and maps), and Resend (email delivery). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with an opt-out extension without affecting the site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

5. Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data anytime — email hello@alfredintelligencesmb.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email with one click in any message. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights to know, delete, or limit the use of your personal information — the same email honors those requests.

6. Data security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our providers. Sensitive seller documents live in private storage buckets accessible only through authenticated, NDA-gated requests. We keep account and listing data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it on verified request. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Children

The platform is for adults engaged in buying or selling businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
