1. Who we are — and who we are not

Alfred Intelligence ("we," "us") operates an information and listing platform at alfredintelligencesmb.com that helps people discover Florida businesses for sale and helps owners advertise their businesses to buyers. We are not a business broker, real estate broker, investment adviser, accountant, or law firm. We do not represent buyers or sellers, negotiate transactions, hold funds, or take commissions on sales. Any transaction you pursue happens directly between you and the other party, and you are responsible for your own professional advice.

2. Alfred's analysis is educational, not advice

Our AI-generated verdicts, valuations, risk scores, fair-price ranges, and reports are automated estimates built from industry benchmarks and information provided by sellers or third-party sources. They are provided for educational purposes only, may be wrong or incomplete, and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Never make a purchase decision based solely on our analysis. Always verify financials independently and consult a licensed attorney, CPA, and/or business broker before buying or selling a business.

3. Listing information and third-party sources

Some listings shown on our map are aggregated from publicly available third-party marketplaces and are presented for discovery purposes with a link back to the source. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Factual data (asking prices, locations, categories) may lag or contain errors. If you own rights to content shown here and want it corrected or removed, email hello@alfredintelligencesmb.com with the listing URL — we review takedown requests promptly and remove verified content.

4. Seller listings and photos

If you submit a listing, you confirm that everything you provide — including financial figures, descriptions, documents, and photos — is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you own or have permission to use it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform and in connection with promoting your listing. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion. Your exact address is never shown publicly; listings display city-level location only. Financial documents you upload are stored privately and shared only with buyers after they sign a non-disclosure agreement through the platform.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may not: misrepresent a business or your authority to sell it; submit false financials; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download platform content; interfere with the service; use it for spam or unlawful purposes; or attempt to access other users' private data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions (such as Explorer and Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on our pricing page, and seller listing subscriptions are billed as described at checkout. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Because plan benefits are delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the service — email us and we'll make it right. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

7. NDAs signed on the platform

When a buyer signs a listing NDA by typing their legal name, they intend it as a binding electronic signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and Florida UETA. The NDA is between the buyer and the seller; we provide the mechanism and keep the signed record.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alfred Intelligence LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from any transaction between users, reliance on AI analysis, or listing inaccuracies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes and contact
